Your environment plays a large part on how you feel and perform. This is true for both general day to to day and at work, especially at the office.
Technology advances so quickly allowing us to become more efficient, however have a poor working environment and these efficiencies are reduced or even cancelled out.
Simple things like clean air, good lighting and a clean work space are taken for granted and rarely considered.
